So we did it. We’ve completed the final part of our herb series. Welcome to Part 6, where we will talk about the benefits of Marshmallow Root, Aloe Vera and Ginkgo Biloba [Silver Apricot]. Throughout this journey, we’ve spoken about the benefits of Fenugreek, Holy Basil, Curry Leaves, Chamomile, Hibiscus and so much more. Even though there are so many other herbs that we haven’t begun to get into. For this journey, we are closing it out with Marshmallow Root and I don’t mean the marshmallow that comes in your s’mores sandwiches. Everyone’s favorite all natural herb Aloe Vera and lastly one that you may not even know Ginkgo Biloba. Furthermore, just remember that even though we’ve spoken about a number of different herbs, they have a lot of the same characteristics and benefits for the hair. We’ve gone from learning about herbs that focus on hair growth, has anti-breakage properties, reduces/ prevents thinning, and even dealt with herbs that help to prevent dandruff, in addition to so much more. So let’s closeout this series by getting this final section started.
So I’m back to give you part 2 of our 6 part herb series. Remember last time around we talked about Fenugreek, Holy Basil, and Curry Leaves. However this time around, we’re going to talk about the benefits of Alma, Nettle, Sage, and one of my favorites Ginseng. Many of these herbs are not common household items because most of us aren’t drinking tea with any of these products, let alone eating them. Funny thing is that they are commonly referred to when it comes to natural remedies for hair damage, strength, and growth. Listen, guys, summer is coming and we all know that’s the season for natural hair realness to come out. Like winter in the city is just a drag when it comes to natural hair realness because of your hat, the wind, the influx temperature changes from cold to freezing and so on and so forth. However, I’m sure you guys are prepping your hair similar to the way that I am, in order to have that “naturale realness” this summer. If you’re not sure about what “naturale realness” means, it’s the art of living in one’s natural beauty. So let’s get into the benefits of these herbs and why partially living an herbal lifestyle can help to achieve your natural hair goals.
