Welcome back for the end of part 5 of our herb series. For this part, we are going to get into the benefits of Lavender and Rose Petals. I’m sure we’ve all used lavender and rose petals as fragrance oils, soap scrubs, lotions, and just as flowers that we have within our homes. However, they can also benefit the hair. For those of you who don’t know there’s Rosewater, Lavender Water and they also come in oil and powder form. So why aren’t we talking about these products a lot more as it relates to natural products that will work on our hair? Hmm, to be honest, I’m not really sure but that’s ok because this is why we are doing these posts. So let’s get into how your favorite scent can also benefit your hair while on this natural hair journey.
Here we are with Part 4 of our Herb Series and surprisingly almost towards the end of our 6 part series. In Part 3, we talked about the benefits of Chamomile, Bhringraji [i.e false daisy], and Hibiscus. This time around, we are going to get into the benefits of Horsetail, Waterhyssop [ i.e Bramhi], Rosemary, and one of the most popular herbs, Peppermint. I’m sure we have all used Peppermint and Rosemary within our hair oils, hair masks, and just within our hair period since these are more common than the other two. However, how many of you guys have tried Horsetail and Waterhyssop? I know for me, I’ve tried every herb on this list except for Waterhyssop. However, I do plan on trying it out and letting you guys know how it worked for me. So let’s get into why these herbs are a necessity within our natural product journey.
